Shipping & Returns

We utilise two established services for the dispatch of our products. These are designed to offer you a low cost but efficient mail service for our products.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically on orders. These take  into account, your total order weight,  the shoppers desired shipping options and the destination country  that the order is being sent to.

We offer a "shipping estimate cost" service that is viewable once items  have been added  into the shopping cart. This will let you know approx shipping costs  before proceding through to the checkout pages.

Every product that we sell is carefully inspected before it is  packaged and sent.  All of our products carry a gaurantee of quality and full refunds or  replacements will be given if items do  arrive to you in a faulty or damaged condition.

Any damage to items that may have occured in transit will need to  be returned to us in order to assess for damages caused during  transit.
To qualify for this you must notify us of a fault within 3 working  days of receiving your order. All faulty products  must be returned to us via a recorded traceable service within 14  days  of this notification. Returned orders after this period will not be  accepted under our "Return Policy".
